I dont think RCAmerica will ship to Canada as they have a Distributor there in Canada West Distributors. Not sure of their website but Im sure they will be getting the kits about the same time as RCAmerica.

Does anybody have a secret to getting RCAmerica to respond to their email?
I have sent email to their main headquarters, and they've responded each and every time the same day. Texas.... after four emails NO answers. I have a T2 that has one rear bulkhead that wasn't drilled or tapped for the sway bar mount. Anybody???

John,

Please check your email from today again. I responded to your email from Monday this morning at 9:30am. We may not be able to respond to your inquires immediately due to the volume of messages each day, but we do try to get through them as quickly as possible. I also received the email sent yesterday, and the two messages you sent to XRAY that they forwarded on to me as well today. Brano from XRAY normally tries to respond very quickly to any message they receive, and is always helpful. If you did not receive my response, please follow the suggestion posted above and give us a call tomorrow so we can update you on your issue. I would send another email, but if the first one didn't reach you, I don't expect a second one to work either.

For everyone, we will update our website with notice of the US Spec '007 arrival as soon as we are shipping . It won't be much longer. It will be shorter than the ever popular "Two Weeks" answer the RC industry is so familiar with. We will be completely filling our dealer pre-orders upon arrival. The EU spec kits and conversion kits will be a bit longer wait. Team drivers, if you hound me for your kit more than you already have, I will make sure it is the last one to leave the building

As I have said before in other posts, I cannot watch all of the internet forums to respond to questions daily; that would take all of my day. But we do want to help everyone as quickly as possible. Your best bet is to watch TeamXRAY.com and RCAmerica.com for news updates, and you can contact us directly with any issues. Any questions can be sent to [email protected], or you can call us up if you are having some issues with email or need immediate help.

So am I goign to get te the Industry Standard (two weeks) for the EU kit.

That seems kind of lame that the both aren't coming at the same time.
Not like its that many part changes...Sorry about the attitude but come on...There are plenty of multi diff available so the excuse that the EU will take longer sounds like a complete piece of rubish..

Yea I know there is more to it....
It is the point that both kits should be available at the same time.
I have read the whole artical of the differences.
And find that if they are already cutting chassis and top deck pieces than why not get both done at the same time.

Just let me vent...
I am not that mad persay just irritated that when they say the release of the 007 would mean both kits not just one type. Kind of rude.

Bryan will correct me if I get this wrong, but I suspect RCAmerica has received significantly more pre-orders for the US version than for the EU version and therefore asked XRay to ship the US version in the first shipment with the EU version following shortly after that. In Europe the EU version is in the shops in several countries already and will be in the shops in the rest very soon. I expect however that it might be difficult to get the US version in Europe at the moment.

Hi Mr Shookie,

XRAY can only produce so many kits at once, they are making as many as they can at the moment. Although most of the EU kits in the first batch are going to...... yep the EU . Same with the US kits, anyone in the EU that wants a US kit will have to wait a couple more weeks.

Jonny

EDIT: Tony is too fast, especially with his new 007
