Default Belts flipping

Hi there. I'm (stilll) having all sorts of issues with belts flipping, on BOTH my 2007's
I tried replacing all belts & pullies, helped for a short time , but the problem is back again.
Are the Xray 2007 belts just not very long lasting??
I'm thinking about trying another brand of belt.

Maybe your belts are too loose? I've never had a belt flip on my '007, '008, or '009. I've only replaced the belts once on each car. I also ground down the pinion set screw with a Dremel so that it doesn't protrude past the "hub" of the pinion. This prevents the belt from catching on the setscrew and wearing prematurely. Do both belts flip or only the front belt?

Perhaps it small stones catching in the drivetrain causing belt to flip under load??
Flipped both front and rear..Once they start flipping things just get messy, not good for the pulley's having a flipped belt spinning over it....
After replacing all belts and pulley's, was fine for about 2 months, now having issues again.
After it flips the first time(on new belt) then it just keeps happening: obviously stuffed
I had a few belt drive cars & never had this problem before (even on a T1 & 008)
The 008's belts are quite loose, but no no issues with that car.

you can convert a 06 to a 07 with new upper deck and bulkheads,if you buy the 06 dont worry about finding parts as there are plenty
