Thanks, I will do that.

Default melting wheels

I am having a problem with the wheels melting onto the hubs front and rear on the left hand side of my t2 007, the axle'a and hubs are getting too hot to touch and one of my rims melted off during a race after about 4 min!
Does anybody know if this would be worn bearings?? help

Sounds like it could be a dead or dying bearing, though you should be able to feel the car not driving as smoothly. Check driveshafts and bearings in the hubs, something is not quite right

Inboard toe can have an effect on this, how much are you running?try taking 1deg inboard out and use 1deg hub you will feel quite a bit of difference

Default Spur Gear

I have a 2007 Xray that i'm trying to put a spur gear on. Can anyone tell me who makes the 100 tooth spur gear with the big holes around the side? Just got the car didn't reliaze that a regular 100 tooth supr gear would't work. I couldn't adjust pinon mesh. I looked at the Xray web site and they didn't offer a 100 tooth. Any help would be appreciated.

Nexus Racing normally carries the new RW spurs, but they are currently out of stock on the 100 tooth.

Just drill some holes symetrically on opposite sides. 1/4 in should be good

Does anyone have a good step by step for rebuilding Xray Diffs?

I have built many diffs, but the Xray one's never come out very smooth after a rebuild.

I was wondering what kind of parts you replace in the process?
Do you sand rings?
What kind of grease do you use?

The thrust bearing is probably toast. This is the most common part to wear out. To keep them from toasting, you need to rebuild at least every 3-weeks of racing. Be sure to use good quantity of grease.
