Adding a 3mm set screw to either the inside or outside hole on the rear hub, depending on where you have your camber link mounted.

The carbon lipo fits in the EU edition if you cut a little hole in the case to clear the right layshaft mount...not a big deal. Here is our new article showing how to fit the Platinum LiPo in both editions of the T2'007:

Installing the Orion Platinum Lipo in the T2007 (both editions)

Nice work, Nexus.
Hopefully Orion will release something 1.5mm thinner and also heavier.

An Xray chassis with a filled rectangle for the lipo battery (the same way it is beneath the motor) would also be interesting

Thank you nexus

On another subject i remembered, 007 bearings, are they really crap, or are they ok?
And what do people replace them with?

The gold springs are similar to the Blue-Green Spring Set (15 LB) and the silver springs are similar to the Light Blue Spring Set (20 LB). However, they are more progressive and increase in stiffness as they are compressed.

Great info on the 4800 lipo Arun, I might have to look into one of those..LOL
But I think he asked about the 3200 Race Spec Lipo.
He will only need to use a dremel on the right side spur gear bulkhead, takes all of 15 minute.
Just remove a little at a time until you have about 1.5-2.0mm clearance.
If fits perfect and sits really low.
When I get time later I will try to snap off a couple of pics.
Hope that helps,
-Shookie <><
