Default Single Cell evaluation

I must not know how to use the search or advanced search very well. I tried looking back for info about this but didn't get any relevant threads.

I have a bunch of 6 and 4 cell batteries that are a little older. Some are 3300's, some are 3700's, and some are 3800's. I am sure by now they are no longer matched or worth using for racing. Some don't even charge to their stated capacity. I'd like to save them just for bashing around. I have an ICE, 0-30, Novak ST SE, Dyna Pulse, and a Reactor 20. I would like to gather all the better cells and pseudo-match them. Mostly I just want to weed out the dead cells as I imagine most of the cells are still decent and the pack doesn't perform well because of the bad cell in the pack. Any suggestions?

My best idea so far is to cylce the individual cells on my ICE and then "match" the similarly performing cells of the same capacity/brand.

Hi Andrew -

Use a Much More CTX-D or Spintec ICC.

You'll get individual cell performance for matching. Or if you have a Competition Electronics Turbo Charger... you can "Individually Cycle" 1-cell at a time to get numbers... but that would take...FOREVER.

If you're going to use them just for bashing... matching shouldn't matter much.
