Default GP3300's...are they good?

how do they compare to other cells like panasonic or sanyo?
internal resistance?
avg voltage?/punch?
actual/usable capacity?
comparison of non-matched cells of course,as matched ones are really subjective.do top racers use these cells?
i'm looking for some practice cells , and GP's look attractive for their price.
thanks for all ur input.

Well, my only experience is with matched packs, but I really like them, they have internal resistance as low or lower than the best Panasonics, voltage almost as good as the better Sanyos, run time equal to or better than ANY other cell, they charge up & run pretty cool, & discharge quite evenly(much like Sanyos), & seem to hold up well over time...all that & the lowest price of any cell, & I'd say we have a winner. I also know that ProMatch stopped matching Sanyo's 3300's for those very reasons, the GP's just seem to be better, & most(if not all) of the factory guys seem to be switching to them too....
