Default Charge/Discharge Temperature

charger - Supernova Competition
battery - Nosram PMax Vtec 4200SUP
discharge @ 20amps
charge @ 5.5amps

my concern was the temperature of the battery when discharging. it peaked at 65 degrees celcius/ 149 degrees farenheit. is this normal? i have never used a temp probe previously as my LRP Pulsar 2 charger doesn't have one.

That's extremly high you want them to peak around 125F or 52C if they kept peaking at that temp you will kill them very quickly. Try lowering your delta peak to around 3mv/cell or 18mv/pack and never have the cells in sitting in the sun when you charge them.
