Default xxxs spur

what is the best to run on the xxxs the 48p or 64p spur gear and y thank

Carpet or Asphalt? Prepared track? Parking lot? Bashing? Tell us how you will use your xxxs, and we can help you more.

But, 64 is usually for carpet and prepared asphalt. 48 is used more for bashing and parking lots. The 48p gears have larger teeth (stand up to more abuse) and have bigger gaps (allows for small debris to clear).

As long as the surface is relatively clean, I don't think you will need to buy a whole new set of gears. If you have 48P pinions (from other cars), stick with them.

If all you have is 64P gears, go with them.

If the track isn't well kept, you may go through your 64P gears fast. This will also eat up your 48P as well, but they could last longer.

slightly, with the expense of precise spur - pinion mesh required, otherwise careless + outdoor debris (still enter though enclosed cover) would make 64dp spur easily stripped due to smaller teeth profile than 48dp one,
