goto Lowes or home depot and take the broken one with you and get one that is the same size.

I think you need the one that is 1 1/2 inches in dia.

The thickness want matter too much as long as you don't get one that is WAY too thick.

But I measured an old one of mine and it was right at 3/16ths.

I know I bought about 10 of them at Lowe's for about $2 way back when I used the Cobra lathe.

I have some original parts for the stock lathe but I still can't identify what you need.

He is looking for an "O-ring" or Drive ring that is used to actually spin the arm. Its in the very first post what he is/was looking for.

I read the post as oring (original). That is why I kept wondering original what. You refered him to Lowe's or Home Depot in plumbing dept., also Pep Boys carries a wide variety of o-rings. A medium fit is good. To tight will kill batts and stress slave motor. A loose fit and the arm vibrates for a choppy cut. You gave him good recommendations on the size I noticed. Good luck to him.

Any O-ring between 1 1/4 through 1 1/2 will fit perfectly. You will have to adjust the slave motor position though.
