where to get rogue element tools?

hi all,
i;m looking for links to sites that sell rogue ellement tools such as these shock shalft pliers in the pics.
any help would be great

Or, you could just use a dremel tool and grind a notch in each leg of an old pair of pliers. That's what I did and it works great. Much cheaper, too!
