Hobby shops don't have the parts that you are looking for because you don't buy the parts from them. If the shops know that there is a demand for the parts, generally they start to stock the parts. It doesn't make them any money if they stock parts that people don't need. It doesn't make them any money if they fail to stock the parts in demand. Buy local and they will be more likely to stock the parts you are looking for. TC3 parts are still available through distributers.

vtl - i put this into babelfish. here's what i got.

Hello everyone. I recently became interested in 1/10th scale electic cars. I have a TC3. However, my local hobby shops do not carry replacement, or hop-up, parts for this car. The have parts for the TC4, but I am unsure which of them are compatible with TC3. I would prefer to buy locally, rather than over the internet. If someone could list the parts from the TC4 that will fit, and function properly, on the TC3, I will be able to continue shopping at my local hobby stores.

Thanks,

Johnny C.

ANY REAL hobby shop can order you any tc3 part still being manufactured. So bring in you manual or download a new copy from rc10.com and go in with a list of what you want. Just because its not on the shelf does not mean you cannot have it. Most shops order once or twice a weak. ITs very common car that had great support before the tc4 came out. It should not be hard to get parts for..

Parts that are compatible. Drive shaft, motor mount, diff boxes, bearings, roll bars, diffs, shocks, springs, shock towers, CVD's, ball cups, chassis braces, steering knuckles, rear hub carriers, drive cups and wheels.

That's funny... My translator took this part: "i need help and i dont want to order the parts from the hobby shops so help if u can" to mean that he didn't want to order from his LHS. Sorry any mis-understanding...
