Well of course he is dominating in 21.5 since he has a 17.5 mounted in the car lol jk

Which is very strange to me because if I remember correctly the chassis has mirrored servo mounts where you could mount it in the stock spot, just offset to the other side...

I really liked this kit. I remember being so fast with this kit. I wonder why know other brands took on this platform?

the original servo was mounted under the top deck. run a shorty pack with the servo mounted in the stock position and also the esc in front of the motor under the top deck

It may be worth noting that the car with the single belt mod appears to be missing some material from the section of the chassis where the stock mount sits.

oh yesss he is running 17.5...my bad and yes using a old school airtronics radio as well.

I also ran in 21.5 class back in the day. No car could even come close. The corner speed was untouchable.

Good to see this thread active again. Love the single belt conversion.

If I recall, were there issues with diffs slipping - or was there a fix found for that?
