Yes, it is Tamiya in Japanese. Ta Mi Ya written in Katakana. I know... I'm half Japanese...

That's Tamiya written in Japanes....it's in KATAKANA, so it looks different from the more traditional characters.

Some of you can read this others can't

It mean's -0.2s per lap. If you put it on upside down, +2.0s per lap
