The Barry thread is quickly gaining ground on the Dumas thread. Barry is more popular.

Sorry to hear about your no ride situation. I still think you are the best TC driver out there and hope you get on with one of the better teams! Cough!..Xray..Cough!

I think AE is in big trouble without you and I am sure your phone is ringing off the hook with offers. All I can say is, take your time and make the right choice!

Hope all goes well!

Barry is a really good driver and a good friend of mine. It will be interesting to see who he races for. To me it looks like Xray is his best bet. They just lost Dumas so they have his salary they can give Barry. They have no representation in southern california at all. With Barry they can have really good representation at the golf courses(oops I meant the tracks). With Barry comes a very good personality at the races and another chance to have the car in the main or the top 5. However if he does not run well will he bring down the team with his vivid antics and personality? Does he want to race for a team that put him in the wall last year at Cleveland when he was in 3rd and broke his car? Not that I should talk I put people in the wall all the time. Thats just racing!

As for power, really interesting. Maybe Burito will help him out. BL is probably the future so he will need to secure a good motor with good power. On the other hand Trinity was a great sponsor for Barry a few years back with his domination of the TC World with Yokomo. Another good point. Barry could go back with longtime AE team mate Billy Easton and race Yokomo. I am sure they could work good together and put Yokomo back on the racing map here in the USA.

It is really crazy after the TC Worlds how things change so much.

Good Luck to Barry with his new sponsors whoever they may be.
It will be great to see him back at the track racing locally again. I can't wait to go race with him. We always have fun racing together.

I love that!

I am real curious to see where Barry winds up.

Come to sunny Florida Barry... (Schumacher, Corally, Serpent USA)

How's that for subtle?

I saw Barry whoop some ass at WinterNats this year in 8th scale. I don't follow electric but I'd like to see him run nitro for Mugen.
