Default Shaft Rattle

On my TT-01, when I begin to top out, my shaft bows outward and smacks against the chassis, making a terrible sound, which CANNOT be good. Would getting an aluminum shaft, reduce the bowing and rattle, or could it be the actual connectors that hold the shaft, that are going outward as I begin to top out?

thanks for helping a noob,
Daniel

The plastic shaft tend to flex at high rpm. And you're right, its no good...Silence is golden for transmission... The alu shaft would help. I changed my shaft to the alu one before I fix up the car. I knew the plastic one would be crap...!
