Forgive me, but I don't get it. You still need to use a radio with it. So why not just use the radio in the first place?

Ennjay,

Yes you still need a radio but instead of you moving the controls, you can set up a computer program to do the controls instead.

With the transmitter connected to a PC you can for example, drive your car over the web as a tele-robot.

I created a line following robot by using a wireless camera for feedback. The images are sent to the PC. Images are then analyzed to determine the current angle of the robot and the software then adjusts the robot accordingly by using the PCTx interface.
