Default Str-4 Pro

Hey every one i am new to this fourm but not to rc so i am getting a str 4 well actually it is in the mail on the way i boought it for 110 shipped and it has never been drivin! is that a good deal? this is my set up i am planing to race modifided class on road

Motor: don't know looking for a 7 turn
Batt: IB 6cell
Esc: Novak dually got it for a steal at 10shipped!
Rx Tx: still looking found a futba i might get it depends
Servo: looking for a high speed

if you have anything that i dont have shoot me a pm. well i will keep you updated on my races i plan on starting soon and we will see if i cant when some thin. hopefully.... input and sugestions are well come.

Is it a PRo1 or Pro 2?
what does it come with?

For competitive mod racing, I think you will want a speedo that is newer than that Dually. You can pick up lots of good used speedos for cheap prices, I think someone here is selling some VFS-1s for 60 bucks.

i just sent an email asking wheather it was one or 2 i think that it is 1 and i think the dually should be fine i have seen many other people useing them for mod racing here is a link to the track

I'm not sure about that, your dually might not be able to handle a 7T with IBs. For 10 quid you can still give it a shot though.

if it fris then i will get a newer one but this was practicly free cause it was 20 for it a batt and decals. i will wait and see if it fries.
