What kind of male connector goes into the Orion packs? Standard corally?

Any idea if its a 3.5mm or 4.0 mm male plug?

Hows the 3200's with 19T Touring? How many mah from the charger(what model too for reference) are you putting in after a race? (no I would NOT ask that question for nimh).

For the guys adding weight to a 3200; would it make more sense to run the 4800PE if it was legal for your class?.. It's got more weight!

If it fits, and it's legal, it does indeed have more weight. It's hard to add much weight to it, though, because it's a brick. I have found it easier to add weight to the carbon edition.

speaking of weight... i had to add 3 strips of lead weights to my carbon 3200s to have it equal the weight of a promatch EP4200 pack.

i was able to add 14 grams between each of the little feet (so it was lower CG and sat even more secure in between the battery slots) and the rest of the weight up top.

if i dont forget, i add up the weight so you guys know and take pictures tonight.

I made the balancer lead exactly as described in this thread, but my Equinox only recognizes one cell. I double checked my construction as per instructions earlier in this thread, and it is correct. The cells measure 4.16 volts each with dvom, but Equinox only reads it as one cell with all leads attached. If you remove any one of the 3 leads, the equinox does not recognize it at all. Anyone else had this problem? I'll try it on the Astro Blinky and see what happens.

I'm not terribly fond of the idea of handling lead more than I have to now that I've read a little bit about it. :-(

The individual cells have 3200 capacity so you can charge them at 3.2A

I use them with my FK05. On a medium size carpet track I end up putting about 2100 Mah back in, but if I gear a bit more aggresive it can take upto about 2500-2600 Mah. This is with a CP money motor.

Weight wise I have added 120g to balance the car (we dont have a weight limit at the club), 60g to the chassis and 60 on top of th carbon.

I just checked nexusracing and the price is now $81.99 and not $72.49 as stated above. Does anyone know where i could get these cheaper? Speedtech is the cheapest ive found at $79.99. thanks in advance

For my TCS 19t car, about 1800 to 2000 mah on a orion avionics advantage. Thats a spec 19t running rubber tires on carpet. My brushless mod setup uses less
