Yes

As for balacning. You can use a cell balance or charge each cell of the pack individually to full capacity periodically (every 50 cycles or so).

Hey Rick,
Are these packs getting to GP this week or should I suspect they won't be there till next week?
I put two on back order through GP from my LHS and wanted to know if they would make it to the LHS this week or not..
Thanks,
-Shookie <><

They will be going to GP the end of this week so they should be there by early next week.

Here a little sneak peak at our 4800's when combined with our future brushless system in the hands of a World Champion:

Sounds very interesting..will it be sensorless or sensored?
I like idea of more brushless options....makes everyone step up their game..

For cars that can't reach the inside connector due to the topdeck getting in the way, is there a reasonable way to get around that? Can I use a 90 degree connector and run a wire out of it or something?

The latest topdeck for the RDX (and presumably the new car if it retains the design we've seen) looks like it's going to completely block access to the inside connector.

We have had some drivers need to run their wire off of the 4mm plug at a 90 degree rather then straight out like normal.

The 3200's will have more room for this and it should not be an issue.

There is a balancing port between the pos. and neg. terminals (2mm tube) All balancers are different but for the most part you would simply place a 2mm positive plug for the balance neutral wires and use a 4mm male plug for each of the terminals. Our SBS Avionics balancer includes instructions on how to do this.

Anybody know if Tower carries a brand of connector that will work in the new packs, and it 90 degrees rather than straight?
