That's not exactly true. Increasing the diameter of the rim lets you decrease the sidewall of the tyre. Less sidewall means the tyre doesn't roll under the wheel when cornering and gives you a larger tread contact patch on the road.
Also, alrger wheels let you fit larger brakes which can increase stopping distances and reduce fade.
On the other hand, formula 1 cars run 13 inch wheels so what would I know?

You can buy it! Im open to offers. 60k miles, I get to drive it 2 times a month, when I feel like picking it up from work. (I have a company car to burn gas and miles in)

well if is a M model (M3) looks like a 03 model about $48,000 new, it has 60K miles on it its probaly worth about $23,000 if is a 325 not the M3 then about $18,500

Not an M3, possibly a 330 though.

The M3 has little vents behind and above the front fenders and the side marker lamp is in the trim line not a little bit above it like in the pic.

oh and it's missing the hood bulge.
