Default makin a 1/10 elecric touring car

hi guys!

just bought a kyosho 1/10 electric touring rc car chassis with wheels off my mate for a mere 25!

gd! init?

also, i bought a Tamiya 540sh 20 turn motor off ebay for 4.99

and also also also, lol , i bought, for a mere 20! off ebay, a reciever, crystals, servo's, battery & charger!

woah! bargain eh?

probably worth about 90 altogether.

so basically i have an electric 1/10 touring rc car for 46.30! OMG, should go about 25 MPH aswell.

i'm a happy bunny.

P.S. that price (46.30) was including p&p for everything.

Congrats! Such a deal. I went the "other" route. Dumped a truckload of cash for my TB-02 AMG SLK kit (with Silver Can and stock wheels) I added paint cans (and must say I liked the Tamiya Silver paint as it contained real flakes), a few tools, Deans conn and battery bars, various adhesives, 40wt shock oil, Sorex pre mounted wheels, LRP Pulsar Comp 2 charger, Novak GTS esc, Intellect 3800 matched set, Spektrum DSM DX3, Hudy setup station, and an Associated battery conditioner board, but I also got an Integy Zero30 device. Whew!

That has got to be around $1,500.00 US. Insane? nope! I got bit by the RC Racing bug and happily can afford to go this route. And I love building cars.

hi mate, yours sounds cool too!

also, i just noticed i did something wrong in my last post, it was 25 for chassis and wheels, it were 15. OOPS! oh well, everyone knows now.

also 2, lol , i have looked on ebay and i found this really nice ford GT that i'm lookin into getting but not staright away coz i'm broke and he's a dealer of em so he'll sellin a few all the time.

here it is (the ford GT shell): http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Ford-GT-Comple...QQcmdZViewItem

do you think it's worth 25? (that's including p&p which is a fiver).

thanks

Looks like you got a good deal there but try not to break it as it might be hard to get parts for it now,but then theres always ebay again...
