Default Tamiya Servo Saver with Hitec Servo

How do you guys get the Tamiya Servo Saver to work with a Hitec Servo. The spline from Tamiya servo saver kit/tree could never match properly. It will be either far to tight to fit or too loose and will skip splines?

The larger Kimbrough servo savers come with 3 or 4 different "sleeves" so unless they fit,or Tamiya make alternatives to fit then you're screwed

Hitec supply a spline with most of their servos and radio equipment to fit the standard Tamiya servo saver.
