I agree Kraig. I use TRIBO on a regular bases on the track and it works great, and it's great for the com.. Less cuts. I haven't tried it with the Putnam brushes though, not sure if it will make a difference or not

Default Tuning the Monster, etc.

big al;

Brush alignment looks PERFECT. Check it with a brand new pair of full face during set-up/tuning and during post race inspections they look almost new (minus serrations). The last Com cut was after 12+ runs and it only took .002 to clean it up (measured with Digital Cals)

Kraig & Mike F;

So far EVERY Motor I own has backed it's Dyno (Robitronic) results up at the track. If the numbers look low on the Dyno, the Motor is noticably slower in the car. I bought the Tribo drops because of all the hype, but I'm affraid to try them during a race. On the Dyno, the overall Power stays down until you completely clean the Tribo out of the motor. Then everything is back to normal. So I would expect the same results at the track.

pops - Everything that I've read says not to use drops while dyno testing. I'm sure the dyno doesn't lie but at the same time I've heard many times not to use anything on the motor during a dyno test. I don't know. I, personally, been very happy with Tribo. They do say not to bathe the com in the stuff. Just half a drop or less on each brush face.

Hey pops, I use tribo when I race and do notice a difference. You should give it a try. Just a little dab'll do ya!! The nice thing about it is that most of the grime from the track rinses off with the tribo when sprayed with motor spray. Good luck--Al

Default Tribo drops

Guys;

I think I'll do some more research before I try them on the Track.

Thanks,
