The Fantom 410L comes with the F309 brushes which are the same as Reedy 767 brushes.

Same as in looks, performance, and composition. They are the same dimensions also.

They are 315s just with a horizontal slot in them to reduce friction, and in theory, that would give the motor better rpm.

Sushi Boy,
Actually I typed the wrong part number, the 315s are a 767 which is a serranted brush and comes in the P2K2 and GM3 based Fantom motors. The 309s are a 769 which is a serrated 767 with a vertical slot down the face to give more rpm and less torque which is used in the P2K based Fantom motors. The 321-S is a 766 which is a full face brush used in the MVP based Fantom motors. The 315s work good in almost all tracks. Use the 309s when you need a bit more rpm out of the motor without the need for much torque. The 321s work good in MVPs because they get hot. You can use the 321s and the 315s narrowed a bit in the MVPs to get them to run a bit cooler.

Only the new Epic can Monster Stock and D5 motors have the circuit board on the endbells. I dont think Fantom has released their tuned version on either motor yet.

hard to say, just how big is your track? I can say that a regular P2K should be geared fairly tall(moreso than a P2K 2, GM3 or Monster), but how much depends on how tight your local track is & how long the main straight is...

Oh. Ooops.... My track is a tight carpet track, about 40x75, the straight is about 50 feet long.

Hmm, still hard to say, but you might try with a starting final drive ratio of 7.5-8.0:1 & see how it feels. I usually aim for getting my car to hit top speed at about 80% of the way down the longest straight, or maybe further if it's followed by a sweeper where I can carry speed, & then see if it still feels good coming out of corners...
