I was hoping to go maybe the 5700 and undergear (+ throttle EPA) to be competive in 19T class + ability to use normal gearing when speed is required (fun).
I think i was using around a 25mm rollout with the 5700 for touring car on a large carpet track....the motors are pretty forgiving with pinion, you basically can just change the pinion to alter the bottom / top end.

I wouldnt run the mamba max in a revo since it is a huge MT I would wait for the Mamba Monster Maxx to come out and run that and I'm sure it will be very nice seeing how much time they have put into these systems.

But for now I'm wating for my Mamba controller to come in so I can run it in my $$$ pit my rusty. Does anybody know when superior hobbies is going to have the Mamba Max in?

I got my 4600 and I need to know which gear ratio I need in my Losi xxx-s. I'm going to make it into my outdoor racer and leave my TA04 inside. Any clues guys?

For a starting point use the gearing you would with a trinity C2 motor, should get you close.

If you need a pinion number, what size track are you talking?

4600 is the high torque motor so gear as you would 19 turn. we have been running at 9.58 final gear ratio with the 120-128 spur.

I doubt the 5700 would (maybe the 7700) but I think the Question would be are they legal enough to race against one. The 5700 would have to be capable to keep up with 7 turns to have a chance against the 4.5.
If you get one I'll definitely race you if you come to our track for a race meeting.

I have the red spur and I have all the pinions from 12-25. It's a small indoor track where 19's and stockers run just fine.
