Unhappy major help needed on steering issues

well i have had this car 3-4 days maybe less and well it was supposed to be a tank yet mine broke!!!

basically i hit a curb side on and from their on it lost all steering??

as i didnt build it i have no idea about it (TL01) and really need help.

When you turn the steering on the controller the cars electrics still make a noise like its turning. but the wheels dont turn. if i push the wheels and steering rack and do the controller it does turn a little (bare in mind i started to strip the car down but my eyesight means looking at the manual and little parts is not the best move as i will loose things so the car is still whole)

Whats the problem?? i know youll say you dont know without looking at it but could it be an easy fix for someone who knows about them and more to the point could it be expensive???

tha car stills runs back and forth but no steering??

please help

Sounds like you could have stripped the gears in your steering servo. Check it and replace the servo or the gears if need be.
