Nop, but a few of my friend using shaf and diff to create custom made 1/12 pan car. On the track this little bit nervous at tight section even with foam tyre. but still can be tune.

Auldey ...the most affordable rc car on the planet ...dont know how they perform though.Cheap rubbish most would say..but for the cost they are worth the fun.

vtl, i just heard back from irs, and he says he has nothing for the 10l3t. i'm not sure if he means he has no specific parts, or he has nothing that will work.. yikes.. let me know if your able to match them up visually... what you are saying is being confirmed by some folks over on the pan car thread, but i just don't want to make a $60 mistake.. thanks for your effort..

It's the Right Side hub that would be your problem. The Left hub can be clamped and shimmed anywhere on the axel. You could even trim down a wide car axel... I compared the L2 to the L3T and the L2 hub is much wider....

I'd wait and not buy that car, I've seen L3T's come up on ebay all the time.

Have you tried CRC yet? There's a good chance that the pantoura axel/hub assembly is the same as the L3T. I was looking last night but then the wife handed me a crying baby....

Ouch.... 1 Baby at a time is enough for me....

Yea, I'm stuck on this dismal island (divorced with a kid) I'd love to move someplace more RC friendly or a place with cheap enough real estate to open my own place. I drool when I look at those european tracks.

I'd love to see DD make a comeback. We've turned TC's into more of a monster than pan cars were.

the tc's have gotten rediculous in price.. you need to move to the west coast of FLA.. they have great racing and affordable houses....

Too hot and humid for me, I lived in Pt St Lucie for a while. I've developed very bad cronic bronchitis in the last year (No Mayor Doomberg, the air at the WTC was perfectly safe) so I try to stay where it's cool....

I can't even count the amount of TC's on the market these days. usually when you have a lot of cars on the market the price goes down, doesn't seem to be happening.... For the surfaces we run on these cars are way to over engineered....

now that is funny, i moved from west islip to stuart... about a mile south of saint lucie.. now i am in the cool mountain air of asheville, nc... agreed on the over engineering.. even the parking lots we run are prepped an clean... that is why i want a pan car.. i think they will come full circle and be popular again...

Where can I get this car? Or where can I get the parts for this car? All I need is the rear axles and front hubs to convert something like a 10L Touring to something workable. Better yet, someone like IRS or similar pan car parts mfg should make a conversion kit with the hubs and axles.

My wife and I have been looking at NC, but we'd have to knock off my ex wife so I can take my son with us....

Think about how much of the TC's suspension travel you use, maybe 1 mm??? On carpet you're running such stiff springs that you really don't have any suspension movement....

if you come to NC, bring your checkbook, the real estate boom is not over here.. all the floridians and californians and north easterners are retiring here... oh yea, and there is no work.... but it is gorgeous. i have 2 national forests and a national park for a backyard...
