Looks like a Keyence speedo to me. Did he switch to Keyence already?

He might have just tried the Keyence to see if the possible mismatch of Futaba radio and KO speedo was the source of his interference woes??? He's hardly been a good advert for Futaba has he!!!

That's he's getting alot of interference..
I too use the 3PKS syth system and Twister2.1
and never had any glitching problems...
I only run 19t..might be Hara's low turn mod motors...

Hmmmm....looks like his antenna is routed through the graphite top deck. Doing that ALWAYS made my car glitch when I ran crystals.....

I haven't seen anyone post or confirm that Hara definitely had interference problems. When reading through these pages, I have just seen one person speculate that this was why he didn't make the main (because of the warm-up), and then everyone jump on it.
He's been running the foil-wrap over his receiver for a while now, not just this race. He's also been swapping Keyence and Twister speedos back and forth for a few races now, too. Surikarn, Volker, Lemieux, and Hara all ran Futaba at the top here.
Does anyone know for sure if Hara was glitching? Don't take this the wrong way if I missed something...just trying to get the facts straight .

Someone said he was making too many mistakes. But im not 100% sure because I wasn’t at the race.

He was just not as fast as usual. Quite a lot of the racers, have problem with the tires being inconsistant. The quality seems to be very poor. But I guess everybody except Andy Moore have an excuse.....

High quality pics here, well done guys.
I didn't think Hara was glitching in his runs, he was just not as fast as expected and failed to start one of his qualifications due to some human error either by him or his mechanic! Something related to the motor.
I'm sure he wouldn't have thought that the first person winning a World Championship for HB/HPI wouldn't be himself. Obviously we didn't think so either...
Anyway, I'm sure Hara (and Marc) will be back up there. Good to see other people winning too!
