I know David since a very long time and consider him as a personal friend, you can be sure I try to fulfill all his wishes.
People know that there was something going on when a picture was changed on the Orion site i have decided to chage what i said as after thinking about it its not really the place to discuss this.

The car with the QC1 wasnt his race car. The chassis wasn't teched and it had 3300 cells in it.

point is I get tired of seeing peeps post on here like they know what they are talking about. Peeps with a hidden fantasy on how good they are. Seeing that he is from San Diego the reedy must be one race he does whats the other must be some local race that means nothing

TBH the whole thing is a conspiracy, i know of the A finalists was coming off with around 1800 left in the pack and was told it wasnt safe to get more power from the motor. A reason behind people having really bad runs were tyres. The way the tyres were made to be managed was not very good at all, I believe that 4 sets were allowed for practice these were not allowed to be used in Qualifying. So more tyres were needed the next day for qualifying and these were not allowed to be used in the finals. This is the reason behind drivers not running their finals. The tyres were also really inconsistant costing many people higher finishing positions. The cost of the tyres were 35euro a set and the drivers must have gone through around 1000 sets between them. They were only available from the shop and the owner only took cash! It was a big profit for him which i think was unfair to the racers and mainly the privateers who has to fork out that sort of money. Rant pretty much over dont think there is anything to add to it.

The 1st pic was from practice where the cars were not put through tech. Everything in the car looks identical.

Jon's a good friend and I was just poking fun at him. Don't read anything more into it than that.

You know what I'm sick of? I'm sick of people coming on these forums and talking crap about people they don't know and hiding behind a screen name.

Who the hell are you and what the hell is your problem? Yes, I've been to some big races. I did race the Vegas race last year, yes I'm going again this year, and yes I've been to the last 4 Reedy races as well as quite a few other races in Southern California that draw some of the top drivers from the county. I'm not trying to make it look like I'm the fastest out there. Far from it. I know I'm a mid pack driver and have no problem with it. I'm not from the mid west and can only get time off work for two big races a year. So I don't get to go to a lot of the other big races. The ones I do get to go to are Reedy and now Vegas being the other. What does that have to do with anything? I do know what goes on at big races because I've been to some.

Hodapp, the more you talk the more I relaize why you have been fired! People do make mistakes and pay for them. But your mouth alone is reason enough to keep you off a team!
