Paul is a class act all the way.He is the example of sportsmanship and approachability for anyone who is new in the hobby.
RC needs more guys like him.

Now we just got to keep him away from the roulette tables.

You guys (well, the large American contigent ) are all out defending Paul, but what about the other 2 on the podium, and more importantly, the new WC, Andy? He is also a very helpful guy, willing to share info and more importantly, approachable. Of course, all these top guys have team "secrets" that give them that little edge over the other manufacturers that they probably won't be wiling to share, but you will more than likely find this with any top driver!!!

We all know PL is a class act, apparently Marc is as well. *Rumor* was that Marc was trying to tell Paul on the driver's stand not to take the penalty because he knew it was a freak deal and would put his word up for him. Anyone that was there witness this by chance? Either way it all was right in the end.

You are being very harsh on Masami!! it wasn't a desperate move, it was just Andy trying to make a safe turn. Masami didn't understand that and he hit him. He waited for him to recover but since others where coming he continue. Officials gave him a stop & go penalty was too hard! The reason is that same or even worst hits happened to all finals without being penalized (also other guys didn't even wait the guy they hit).

Paul hit Marc which was slower for some reason and we all saw the marshal carying the cut rear belt!! so he had to retire (noone knows if it was cut prior the hit or after). Paul waited and 3 guys passed him. Craig was failed by his brushless motor and Rick's esc failed (I saw him giving it to KO technisian after the race)

General remarks now.
To my surprise Mark wasn't as fast as usuall! Andy and Masami were the men to beat. Paul was very fast and if he had qualified better he could have better chances for higher position.
Rick drove extremelly well and consistent, very well deserved being on top A but got unlucky during finals.
Craig got also unlucky but he drove perfectly.

I think it says EXCEL.

It looks like 3Racing too (the heatsink itself not what it says)

FYI

I talked to Mark in person after the A-Main, and he said his belt broke before Paul hit him (that's why Paul ran into him in the 1st place).

Paul still waited just in case there might be a penalty.
