Man, i've gotta get one of those F206s. These pictures have sold me, well, as soon as I can afford one that is.

Do you know who painted the second to last one, the one with the 2006 scheme? I'd like to speak to him about painting a body for me.

No I do not have a clue a friend sent it to me. and well I thought I had some one that would make the decals for it but he will not do it

Car looks very sweet with the Midland body ! It s maybe because the front wing kinda matches it in real life.

Any plans for a fancy Front wings, as per Mclaren/Renault in the future ?

Patrick I wish but the price just to make the mold for a front wing is like 3000.00 and then they may only charge .13 cents per wing but one would need to order 1500 to a 2000 of them just to work out the cost.

So at this time no.

Sorry but we will try another person and company to get our 2nd body done over the winter I guess

Hey Marty,
I just went to the MLP website and noticed two chassis configurations, in line 6 cell battery and saddle packs.

What would the difference in handling between the two.

I have the tamiya f201 and it can drag the outboard bottom of the battery pack.

With the standard F201 battery setup you have the weight of the battery on the rear and sides of the chassis - so in our side by side setup we move it forward about15% to give the car a better 50 x 50 weight balance and in our saddle pack set up we moved the batteries inward and a little forward to do the same but the saddle pack setup gave the car an almost perfect weight balance left to right and front to rear.

Al one might want to trim the leading edge of the chassis infront of the wheel about 3 to 5 mm ok the tires are only 2 to 3mm taller than the F201 but they work much better and look better.

Plus I was never a fan of the Grooved tires for F1 and when the front are almost the same size as the rear LOL I say bring back the slicks wide rears and narrow fronts widen the cars back up and put the downforce back on the cars. toss out the traction control and lets see what driver is ontop just like the days of past. or put fenders on them and cal it something else!!!
