Conversion of the Tamiya TB-IV for those who invested in the new TB-V and don't know what to do with the TB-IV

Looks like a one-off. Any information on this conversion? I'm very interested in this.

How about THIS one?

Looks like Lazer arms...much closer to a stock Evo-IV...doesn't look too much different in fact.

This one looks a lot better than the first one posted. Makes me want to convert my MSX to an off-roader.

i think this one looks better, still to have an offraoder based on a touring car would be better imo, look at how muc R&D goes into developing a new car that is only slightly better than the previous model. not taking anything away from offroad here, just havn't been heavily involved with offroaders

I'd be ordering a kit tonight...what a cool thing to do, huh?

The towers and the body seem like the toughest parts for someone to do. The arms look dead-on like Kyosho ZX-5 parts, shocks would be easy...all the knuckles and uprights look like stock Tamiya stuff (the older suspension, not LW). That stuff is almost a direct swap for ZX-5 Lazer parts...knuckles are a direct fit, aside from the bearing size.

It's like a "ZX-IV".
