Hi kevin097, as Ed says a broken PT is usually one with a broken lead we will fix it to do the cloning. We can do permanent repairs on AMB PT's, the lead is replaced and the case resealed, these repairs cost £20 ($40) we have to repair/replace leads especially on old PT's when the leads are old and break. We sometimes also have PT's with broken cases and damaged circuit boards, there's no guarantee but often we can fix these up enough to be able to read the ID number for cloning.

Johnny if you're still having problems send me a PM and I'll see what I can do to help. For it not to count it is most likely an installation problem (carbon fibre chassis blocking signal etc) or something wrong with the lead/plug. If the LED is on it should count with no problems.

Hi Skiddins hopefully you received your PT back ok, I think we sorted it by phone the other day.. ps your i-PT will follow very soon.
