Have you tried charging it again and discharging it? Where did you store the pack?

Nino-
1st > your IB3600 can only accept full 3500mAh??
my practice batt packs, some unmatched 2 yrs old gp3300 packs still accept and discharge more than 3300mAh with 5A linear charging and 20A discharge,

2nd> Did you equalize it properly? have you try to cycling it?

3nd > I heard some bad comment regarding IB3600, I hope you're not the one next to give bad comment about it

I store it in battery case, i tried to cycle it but nothing change, i eq with rayspeed before charge. maybe i damage the cell, is spintec battery manager or trinity dyna pulse can bring my IB 3600 battery to good condition. I use the IB3600 for race only it`s only about 20 cycle, practice i still use GP3300 SMC is still got 3500mah and good punch.

How had the pack been prior to this? It sounds like the pack had been fine when you were using it, and now it's seemingly dead. Was the pack fine just before you had charged it for storage? You may have a bad cell, which would bring down the rest of the pack. If you have a voltometer, try checking each cell.

I would try and find if any individual cells have gone bad. What exactly are you looking for? I'm planning on going to some of the shops here in Tokyo:
