They are Tamiya inserts. They are all I have ever run, and what most guys run at the TCS races in Aliso. Its easy to get some setup help there when you are running Tamiya inserts.

I like how they say "In the spirit of keeping TCS racing unique," the B4 body is not legal. That is as if to say "we know this body doesn't look nearly as real as the rest of our bodies and doesn't look original at all, but we released it anyway so we could have a competetive racing body, and you can't use it in TCS." Way to go, Tamiya...

I was inquiring about bodies in one of the other threads and was told the Nismo was a good choice. I think its a bit ugly and snub-nosed, but I would sacrifice if the thing handles. Someone mentioned the Ferrari's and NSX's would not be allowed for the 2006 events .... is this correct? What bodies are best for the Aliso track?

ferrari and nsx are legal for all regional events. if you run GT2 at the TCS North American Finals, then the NSX and Ferraris are NOT legal.

nsx is the favorite for aliso. both GT1 and GT2 winners from last year's TCS Nationals were using the NSX.

Thank you for the clarification. Does the NSX work with the stock wing, or is another required?

Okay, NSX body, B2's, and TAM GRN inserts. Cool, thanks!

B3's work well here in Thailand

Last year the body rules were open for GT2, and people ran the NSX. This year they are making the popular bodies illegal for GT2 (at the nationals), so people will have to find a different body.

Okay, so GT1 can run anything but the Subaru body? And GT2 cannot run the NSX body. Correct?

Ritchie, rules change every year... no NSX, Ferraris for this year's Nationals.

Joey.. DO NOT use B2s. whoever told you that is pulling your chain. - Correct for the body selections.

Okay, so no B2's? What to use then? I don't think I can find Type A's anymore or can I? Type B's are hard to find and Type B3's are everywhere. So B3's?

Joey-san,

Read up a little higher. It looks like b3 with green or black Tamiya inserts. At least in f201 I only have 2 tire options and 2 gear options
