After hours as we were cleaning up, David threw some foams on and did some laps. That thing was a rocket.

I will say that David and Fernando were 2 of the nicest guys to talk to. Even though we saved all the cold weather for the out of town guys!

They all seemed to have a great time and were more than accomdating to anyone who had any questions or requests.

For that matter I was EXTREMELY impressed with almost all of the factory guys.
Also Kudos to Barry Baker for the nice words he said about Scotty and the crew at Trackside.

P.S. Word has it that the golf tournament isnt official till I get a piece of him... oh well maybe next year

Monday was pretty much a blur for me as we spent Sunday night driving home. I was in and out of sleep and naps all day monday..lol. It's as if you used up an extra couple days of adrenaline and now there's a shortage..haha.

Same here, I made it to work on Tuesday, but I could barely keep my eyes open, much less concentrate on work, so when I felt the same this morning, I called in sick to catch up on some sleep...

Now that we have all recovered from a great event, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who attended. I hope all had a great time. It was great to have so many factory drivers attend. It really made for the best US Touring car Championships ever. Thanks to all the gang at Trackside for putting in some long hours before, during and after to help make the race a success. Thanks again to everyone and we hope to see eveyone soon. Take care
Scotty
