CIVIC91: How much were you talking about for it?

A little less camber and the right tires huh? That Kawada just might have some competition from me early on after all.

I was wondering, how wide is the Kawada when you use the normal inside hole on the suspension arms. Does it make it to 190mm or does it come up just short, at like 188mm or something like that.

The Kawada comes in between 188-192 depending on what rim with what offset. Yokomo has their 12 spoke that has 6mm offset and makes my car like 194mm.

I probably sell the Axis for $100. If you want it just let me know. It's a good car, but I just don't have the time to work with it especially since I got the 12th scale. I may even dive into a new car for outside next spring! It doesn't look like we'll race this Sunday, and next Sunday is Blue Springs day so...... probably 2 weeks til raceday!!!

CIVIC91: $100, yeah I'll take it. I guess it will be the next time we see each other. I hope they get that carpet in soon. I'm suffering from withdrawal here!

I was asking about the Kawada because I have some of the Kawada Beat-X hubs and they don't fit the Schumacher cars and obviously can't be used on my C4.1 So I was wondering if you would have any use for them. Their the 2mm offset version.(1mm each side of the car). I used them to widen my Xpress back in the day and I don't need them now, so their just sitting there. Let me know if you have a use for them.

CIVIC91: you were saying that they aren't racing this weekend. I wouldn't have been able to make it anyway the way I feel right now. Man, I've been sick all week.

NO ITS NOT ANTHRAX!!!

Just a bad cold!

I do hope they have it together soon though.

Sorry to hear your sick, glad it's not ANTHRAX! Yeah, this will give us a little break letting that fire rebuild for the track!

CIVIC91: cool then, I'll pick it up at the races(like you said, whenever that is..... )

Erock doesn't post as often as he used to, I think we're applying too much pressure on him!

lol i m not too sure about the original SV10 i dont own one but i bought the sv10 2 after test drivnig a friends car ...it shot like a bulet with tamiya stock motor with 4.8:1 FDR.

well i think the alcyon 2 is one of the stiffest car around and LOTS stiffer then the original SV10.

i m not sure what chasis the sv10 2 comes with but for me it handles GREAT!

its a shame such a good car does not get the credit it should have cause the makers in Japan does not seemed very interested to export their cars elsewhere
there are only a handful of us running it now

hehe the sv10 2 is WAY better for carpet then the original sv10 but on tarmac its a bit too stiff for my personal liking but it can be easilly addjusted by losening the screws on the top plate
