Default HELP.. installing Futaba S3003 Servo on Tamiya TA05

i am a beginner in RC Car. I purchase the Tamiya Arta NXS (TA05) and Futaba 2PL comes with S3003 servo. I follow all instructions to install the servo, but it seems is too big. I can't fit the servo in the correct screw holes. I assume i did something wrong, but i go backward in all instrcutions, and seems everything is fine. Any idea?

Thanks

Mike
