will tbevo3 motor mount will fit into tb02r chassis?? so that we can replace the .06 spur and pinion to .04 pitch..

It won't fit. The Evo3's motor mount also acts as a support for the propshaft bearing. On the TB-02, the propshaft bearing support is part of the chassis (molded with it), so there is no space for the Evo3's motor mount on the TB-02's tub.

phhh its means we cant use the .04 pitch coz the tb02r motor mount has its preferred holes, not free meshing...

There is always the option of dremeling either the motormount or the chassis to get them to fit. I am considering doing this but not sure if it will be legal for GT1 this year as the only cars allowed will be TA's and TB's so no EVO or 415's
