Marty how is the MRE coming along?
Thank's Difuser
I have 2 MSX's now that I race in Modified and I would like a MLP as well, I think the MLP is like a 415msx on Steroids Ha Ha. The reason I say this is not that marty in any way has copied a car but turned a VW into a Porsche. If you know what I mean. I really like the look and the way you can move the LCG around. I can see what a great job marty has done with the car and I have been a fan of this thread for some time. If I can save money on parts that would be a big bonus because of parts here in OZ.
Keep up the Great work.

Ok Hi Everyone back at it today Hope everone had a great Christmas.

Jamie your car shipped today I will PM you tracking number when the wife gets home tonight.

Kim I am finishing your car today but waiting on a new rear diff. I made a mistake turning on the lathe. New one should be here Thursday It will ship Friday.

Dan doing yours as well but had to change a few things for the MRE steering.

The Car runs the Front Tamiya bulk heads front and rear. or I just re-machine the rear one of the MRE or MSX R2 Difusers car has front bulk heads front and rear Dan wanted his parts back and I did Freds like this as well.

All the others have the re-work rear.

It has Tamiya parts Front and rear Suspension and the rest is MLP Motormount Chasiss upper and lower.

It has Tamiya Diffs but with 33 tooth pulleys the center has 16 tooth pulleys.

What you get:

Daul Diff Aluminum Front and rear.

Front oneway Aluminum.

Now For Carpet Racing We send a 3mm lower with 4 post stand offs and a one piece with 4 post hole for stand offs in 2.5mm upper Chassis.

For Asphalt Racing it is a 2.5mm lower and a 2 piece upper in 2mm Chassis.

Also a one piece upper with out the 4 posts stand offs for asphalt or carpet

My Drivers will get the chassis at cost for when there season changes.

Also if you want the cells moved around in the chassis as forward or back I need to know before hand ok.

If you need a battery hold down I need to know right off ! ok I do not use one! and never have!

What parts are easy for you to get?

I have done this car with PRO4 and Cyclone Parts Yokomo BD and in a Xray as well as the Tamiya and also my own bulkheads that no one wanted .

Also On your website it doesn't give much info on what part's the car are OEM and what are your's.
It's just that I have a lot of Tamiya 415 MSX parts and if I was to change I would keep the 2 cars I have as serveral parts may fit. From the pictures on the post it look's like several parts are the same. And in Australia Tamiya are CRAP to deal with. I have to Go oversea's to get part's anyway.
Any input would be great.
Thank's Mate

I feel the mid motor setup works best for all around racing. I feel the car is better going into a corner and faster coming out and you are able to jump on the gas much faster with this setup.

Parts I can ship I offer 10% over my cost to our drivers.

Difuser got most of it right.
