Default What is Much More racing gear like?

Hi

I am in the process of finding a decent charger and discharger and I was looking at the CTX Cell Master and the Discharger personal matcher.

I have just bought a zapper and want a charger that will give me feedback on cell condition and a discharger that will do nicads as well as nimh.

Currently i have an LRP Pulsar2 and a novak smart tray, I admit both are good but seem limited with regards to cell condition.

Can anyone help? any suggestions from other manufacturers would be greatly appreciated

I run mod with 3300s and 3700s, and stock and TT01 which require 1500mah packs

thanks

I have the CTX Cell Master, and I love it! Other than that the first unit I received was dead, now everything is superb!

Love it. Nice and compact. Has all the features I could want and looks great too. I currently use 2 Cell-Masters, Motor Cooler, Motor Master, Power Distribution Block, and a few other misc accessories.

I use all Much More products, and love them - very small, feature packed, top of the line equipment.

I just started used a number of their products and so far I am really pleased. I think the battery charging heatsink is great; I also use the CTX-W tire warmers and the CTX-D discharger and both work excellent...the only criticism I have of their products so far is that the quality of the instruction manuals could be much better (seems like the English has been translated from the Korean original and some of the grammatical syntax is confusing). I have also heard from other racers that customer service can be slow....???

Oh yeah...and the products are tough to find, as not too many places stock them and when they do, they sell out of product quickly.

www.raincityraceway.com/store . They carry nearly all the MuchMore products. But yeah because there is a high demand sometimes certain products are out of stock. They should have the new CTX-D(2?) dischargers coming in soon. They should have reverse polarity protection from what I hear so you don't fry the discharger by putting the pack in backwards like so many people have done .

There will also be some sort of PC interface as well, so you can display and save graphs of the discharge curves of the pack.

Not trying to steal your thread but I am taking the summer off of racing and am selling my CTX Cell Master and my CTX-D Discharger & Personal Matcher. For $400 shipped I could sell you both the CTX & CTX-D in mint condition with their original packaging & manuals, the Pyramid Power 20 AMP Power Supply I used to run them both along with a Power Distributor. All of the mentioned above are less than 3 months old - Below is a pic of the entire set up. I just listed the items individually on the For Sale/Trade Threads and encourage you to check my feedback in the Trader Feedback Forum.

now that they have opened operations in china, once manufacturing gets going, costs should drop and quality should increase.
