Default linear or burp charging??

which charging is for competition??

i know that linear charging mehod is used for competition
and burp charging is good for old packs to regenerate some power..

but as of charging which method is much powerful??
which delivers much punch??

Depends what kind of cells you are charging. Newer cells like the IBs, stick with a linear charge.

Linear charging for NiMH cells like the IB and GP cells for sure.

By "burp" do you mean reflex or negative pulse? if so that was designed for Nicad and should not be used with NiMH.

If your charger has step charge function like the I.C.E. you can try that as an option as well for competition.

For ANY NiMh cell, use ONLY linear charge. DO NOT use flex.

Flex is for NiCd ONLY.
