Tamiya is finally going to release a TA-05 pro. That's my next car.

Is this true, I only saw a fully optioned picture of the TA 05, I've been waiting for the trf version since last August!!!

They almost sucked me into buying all the options to my tbo2, I woke up and stopped after I purchased the alloy suspension mounts and graphite shock tower, and alloy motor mount. the car is probably as fast as a TB02 R with the few mods that I added. I still sunk in about a c note.

I wonder how many people have a $800 or more TA05? I could by a couple of 415's for that.

Yeah, one of the few times me being patience and saving a lot of $. With Tamiya (and a few other manufacturers), it's best to wait for the full option package.

Where did you see the TA05 pro?? I saw a picture of a fully optioned 05, but that's the same car they have been showing for 6 months. I think the one on the previous page was just showing what a full option 05 looks like. I think it would have a label underneath it that said TA05 Pro or TA05 TRF version. Looks to me like you'll have to wait a little longer. Or just go get a TA05.

Then I guess I'll just wait. Looks like the $800 will get me that kayak I've been looking at.
