Default Body Shell Topic

Just thought I'd get a thread started to discuss body shells.

Has anyone tried the new Protoform 2001 Honda Civic Coupe or the HPI BMW M3??
The club I race at are not strict on approved shells for club nights so I thought I might try something a bit different for a change.

What are your favorite shells for racing and why??

Stratus, and the Volvo S60 seems almost identical, with just a bit less steering, and looks better!

I run the Protoform Vectra on both my electric and gas cars. Handles much like the Stratus and similarly shaped bodies. I ran a HPI BMW M3 on my gas car for a little while. It handled well, but I wasn't crazy about the styling.

favorite?..........stratus of course. good all around body. 300m is good for more open track. m3 has ALOT of steering though.

I'm in the process of painting a Hot Bodies stratus for my TC3 and I'm painting another Protoform Vectra for my Yok. I really like the Vectra on the Yok, and the body looks killer anyway. I'm trying a new variance on my favorite flames right now. I have some pics of the current Vectra that I need to upload to my website. I'll try and get them up soon. I actually have a lot of pics I need to upload.

The same thing happened when I clicked on it. Just hit the refresh button on your browser and that should bring up the pic.

Speedo: I figured it had to be one of those "two colors at the same time" paints. Who makes that stuff. I feel like I just read an article about it or something, but I can't remember who makes it.
