The lower arms, toe blocks, ball cups (HPI inscribed are slightly bigger, go by Hot Bodies diagram to get it exact with tie rods), shocks, all of the screws and nuts, servo mount. When building my Cyclone S, I had my Pro 4 box right there to start my hop-ups. Got a little purple action going on.

Default Cyclone S

Thanx Bxpitbull! It's all good news. Do you know if the universals of the Pro4 fits the cyclone? In your opinion what are the essential hop ups that must be got for the Cyclone S. Are the tub and shock towers strong enough?

Depends on how aggressive your driving style. Me, I just upgraded the main and upper chassis. Ordering the shock towers tomorrow. I bought the Cyclone S as an interim vehicle to hop up in increments. The tub ran nice for me, but I found it a bit heavy. Reminds me of the difference between the stock TC3 and the graphite chassis.

What did you get? Regular Cyclone chassis from Hot bodies or did you go with something different.

Default Cyclone S

I see the 3 Racing graphite chassis and top deck at RC Mart is quite reasonable as in fact are all the hop ups for the "S"

For the sake of getting it here in America, I got the Hot Bodies Woven Graphite:

that and the upper deck:

With 3racing, I emailed them and the answer I received for shipping to make me feel to comfortable. Lastly, ordered these:

I expect the car to have these parts installed by next week.

Can you use the upgraded upper chassis with the stock chassis?

I dont see why it would be a problem. The S was deisgned to be a no frills version that is fully upgradable. I am postive they will fit. My parts will be here on Thursday...I'll keep you posted. Thats if you dont get yours first

Well the reason I ask is because of how the stock upper chassis is lower on the front left and right. On the picture of the fully upgraded "S" on the hotbodies site it still has the stock upper chassis.

Thanks.

I don't know for sure but I would bet that it won't work for the reason you listed .. I hope someone knows for sure. I don't think it will because the upper chassis on the cyclone looks like a flat piece. The "S" upper plate is not flat.

Ok bad news for me tonight.. melted a rear diff! $@@##$%@#$!!!! If anyone was wondering a Pro4 diff is not the same size. Came close with a Yokomo BD diff but too much manipulation needed so I gave up on making it work. So bxpitbull how much was the outdrives you got from TIR in US $'s?
