Exclamation help the newbieness

hi.
i have a nitro TC3, and it was my first car (which is now for sale), but im switching over to electric.
and now i have a Tamiya TA05 thats just been built and has nothing else in it... no radio, less than stock 540 motor and no batteries.
i plan on swapping a lot of chassis parts pretty soon, and changing the motor for something a bit more powerful.
but what i need help with is batteries, chargers and a radio system....
i need something inexpensive that gives me enough power and running time for a race... i know nothing about chargers or batteries...
and then the radio system... something to get me moving, but that can last me a while and i dont have to change it as soon as i become more adapted to the electric world....
thanks for the help!

ps... if anyone has batteries/chargers/radio systems that theyre looking to get rid of, let me know...
