brushes what kind should i use

Be more specific. What type of conditions do you race under, where, etc. Why do you want to know what type of brushes should you get? There are many uses for different brushes. With more information, we can help you out.

I would recomend quasars, but then again if you are running a stock motor they may not work so well for you.

Be more specific, or you wont get any help, and with a post like that certainly none that is reliable.

Low wear on the comm, the brushes wear down pretty fast but you can run them till they're pretty short with no noticable performance loss.
