Dayger and Warner: Thanks for the props.

ground-round: sorry about your experience at the Champs. I sincerely hope I was not one of the individuals who was short with you. I try my best to help as much as I can. As for EA, I have never witnessed anything but exceptional customer service from him. Are you sure it wasn't some type of misunderstanding?

Keep the suggestions comin' guys!

Regarding the track-I think a new subfloor is the ticket. The old boards just appear to be so well used after so many years, theyve lost there structural rigidity and start bending, cracking, warping between the supports. Last year you could see the outline of every board from where cars would hop over one board and land on the next.

Yes that is one thing that I was told would be a thing of the past. They are planning on getting all new boards and a subfloor system this year....That should make it 100% better right there!! No bumps make for even better racing!!

Standing in line for 2 hours was not my idea of good service, the waitress was a riot though.

Well, all in all I've enjoyed the Champs for many, many years now. I'm sure Mr. Bill will make the improvments mentioned by many here and this year will once again be even better. Can't wait!

Wasn't it your x-acto that EA ground down?

Just want to keep the funny RC stories straight for when I tell my kids later in life.

No.. it was his. I cant remember what he did that made me do it.. but it was funny, seeing him try to cut a ball cup short and the blade just rolled off.. He said... whut the healll??

He then tried to glue me to my chair apparently. I didnt belive him at first.. but sure enough there is glue on my favorite pair of gap jeans... good laughs.
