you can almost guarantee you will see some snippets from TITC.

especially if Ryan sends it and ends up on his roof 😂

also plenty of stuff that is hard to hide with only a body shell - not to mention when working in the pits.

What do you think of it, the serpent I mean. I'm considering one myself. I used to run their off road stuff but am looking for a tc?

X4'24 is an Xray kit, not a Serpent.

Serpent's are X20s(+year)

Made it the top half for one of (the?) hardest race in the world. Not bad considering the competition. Was ~.5 sec slow per lap vs top 3 guys.

I don't think there will be spy pics from TITC. Ryan was kind enough to show and talk about the car. No paparazzi at the TITC

Behind the arms seems odd to me, I'd have thought you'd want to keep heavier components as far away from the ends of the chassis as possible.

There could be one big benefit of shocks behind the rear arm, stability under braking especially in Mod class. My other car with shocks in front of rear arms became too unstable and rear was sliding too much.

xray's been doing that right up until the '24 car.
same with the mugen.

if it's a traditional coilover damper and your car has rear bumpsteer adjustment in mind, you are going to run into real estate issues trying to fit it laid down in front of the rear arms while keeping the wheelbase to a reasonable number.

and forget about trying to get it to be behind the front axle if it's a coilover. not happening.
