i would like to know if you guys change anything on your cars besides tires...and do home-made pvc pipe tires work ? and will i be able yo remove them from the rim?

PVC is a little too slippery to be used as a drift tire. They do work, but the car speed is extremely slow and contorl is sketchy at best.
Much better is a slightly different type of plastic piping called ABS. This is softer and gives you better bite whilst still breaking into a slide very easily.
You should be able to find pipe with a similar ID to the dia of your touring rims.. just slide them on (chuck some electrical tape on the rims to increase the "hold" if needed) and you will be able to slide them off when worn..

i heard yokomo drift tires are the same as abs piping as when it comes to grip
what i would do if you want speed at still be able to drift is a 17*2 motor and stage d drift tires from hpi

so abs...will i be able to find it where i will find pvc? and do i just use tire glue? or something else?

yea i already know that, from experence and as from other drifters
thats why people really do perfer abs
its cheaper and its the same effect
